RUGBY
The Chamonix Rugby Club is a rugby club founded in 2025 in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, in the heart of the Mont-Blanc valley. Created by a group of sports and rugby enthusiasts, the club aims to develop the practice of rugby in a region traditionally known for its mountain sports.
Chamonix Rugby Club is above all a place for community, passion, and development. The club welcomes players of all levels, from beginners discovering the sport to more experienced athletes. Its mission is to promote the core values of rugby: respect, solidarity, teamwork, and self-improvement.
With the support of dedicated volunteers, coaches, and supporters, the club seeks to build a sustainable sporting project, develop a youth rugby school, and actively contribute to local community life. Through training sessions, matches, and events, Chamonix Rugby Club aims to become a dynamic part of the sporting landscape of the Chamonix valley.
The season is divided into three periods (depending on snow conditions on the field*):
Autumn: September to December* – training sessions at the field
Winter: January to February – 1 indoor training session (location to be confirmed)
Spring: March* to June – training resumes at the field

Training location: Stade des Pèlerins
Wednesdays from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
- U6: children born in 2020 and 2021
- U8: children born in 2018 and 2019
- U10: children born in 2016 and 2017
- U12: children born in 2014 and 2015
Fee: €120 (2025)
Required equipment: Studded boots, sports clothing, water bottle
