The Club - Presentation
At the service of sport in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, the Club des Sports has multiple vocations and missions:
- To offer numerous sports to the entire population of the valley, responding to different aspirations: leisure sports, well-being sports, competitive sports, sports that are a vector of social cohesion and bearers of educational values?
- To enable competitors to reach the highest level, by relying on the Sports Excellence Trails, by accompanying our athletes to the French team teams. More than 100 athletes in 16 disciplines compete at European or world level...
- To propose numerous competitions, from local events that allow our young people to express themselves at home, to the biggest world events that contribute to the image of Chamonix throughout the world.
To carry out this project, the sports club can count on the important help of the community of communes of the Chamonix Mont-Blanc Valley, on the local authorities and on numerous partners.
And of course, this project could not live without the very many volunteer or paid trainers, the club's employees and more than 200 volunteer leaders, whom I thank.
The website ChamonixSport.com allows you to view the richness of this club, to find information on the sections, sports results, the events calendar and much more.
Have a good browsing.
