TABLE TENNIS
Brief Overview of the Activity
Table tennis is a fun and dynamic sport that develops coordination, reflexes, concentration and precision.
The aim is to hit a ball back and forth using a racket over a net on a table, combining technique, speed and strategy to score points.
Group lessons are an excellent way to discover table tennis or improve your skills. They are available from September to May, for participants aged 7 and over.
Our teaching and technical approach allows everyone to progress at their own pace, improve their ball control, technique and ability to read the game. Sessions are structured around a warm-up, technical and tactical exercises, game situations and matches adapted to each player's level.
The club also supports the development of competitive table tennis among young players, progressively preparing them for tournaments and championships while encouraging their personal and sporting development.
A recreational programme is available for all ages, allowing everyone to play in a friendly atmosphere, maintain regular physical activity and enjoy relaxing moments around table tennis.
For adults and seniors, the club also develops competitive table tennis through participation in team championships and individual competitions, giving everyone the opportunity to improve and take on new sporting challenges.
Table tennis also helps develop self-confidence, concentration and sportsmanship, in a friendly and dynamic environment.
An internal club tournament is organised at the end of the season.
