Spectacular and demanding, ski jumping is a sport that helps children develop balance, coordination, self-confidence, concentration and a desire to challenge themselves.
But above all, ski jumping is about the pure joy of gliding.
First on the snow, then through the air.
It is the thrill of gaining speed, taking off, flying and pushing your limits a little further each time.
Open to children from 7 years old, or from 2nd Star level, the ski jumping section is active all year round, from recreational practice to competition.
In an exceptional setting, young skiers progress at their own pace, supported by passionate coaches.

THE ACTIVITY
WHO CAN JOIN?
Children from 7 years old
or 2nd Star level (Étoile)
The programme is suitable for young skiers interested in discovering ski jumping, improving their skills or progressing towards competition.
ALL YEAR ROUND
Training takes place throughout the year, with schedules adapted to the season and weather conditions.
📍 LOCATION
GRÉPON SKI JUMP
Training takes place at the Grépon Ski Jump, in the exceptional surroundings of Chamonix.
🎿 EQUIPMENT
WHAT TO BRING
Participants should bring:
- Helmet
- Gloves
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
The following equipment is available for use:
- Ski jumping boots
- Skis
- Ski jumping suit
👥 GROUP SIZE
Maximum:
20 CHILDREN PER GROUP

The section is supervised by a qualified coach, with a focus on safety, progression and enjoyment.

Training takes place at the Grépon Ski Jump:
Wednesday & Saturday
Morning or afternoon depending on weather conditions.
WINTER
Wednesday afternoon
Saturday morning
SUMMER
The summer training schedule will be announced in spring.

SPORTS FORUM
Registrations will take place at the Sports Forum on 5 September 2026.
THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
Registration is also possible throughout the year at the training venue.
