CLASSES BEGIN TUESDAY 8 SEPTEMBER. Come and try your first class for free. Late registration welcome any time during the year.
CHILDREN
Training sessions in the Salle Robin at the Centre Sportif :
5 to 7 years : Tuesdays 17h - 18h
8 to 12 years : Tuesdays 18h - 19h
12-18 and adults (beginners): Tuesday 19h - 20h
12-18 and adults (advanced): Tuesday 20 - 21h
Training sessions at the Majestic:
5 - 12 year (subject to demand): Saturdays 10h-11h
12+ and adults of all ages: Saturdays 11- 12 am

INSTRUCTOR
Lilise Boswell has been practising Shotokan Karate for 38 years and is a black belt 5th dan JKA (Japan Karate Association) and 4th dan FFK (Fédération Française de Karaté). She has taught karate to adults and children for 9 years in various dojos in Paris. Lilise is bilingual French/English; during training sessions we also use Japanese terminology
