ARTS MARTIAUX HAPKIDO - TAEKWONDO

Korean Martial Arts Section

1. Brief presentation of the activity

🥋 Our Two Disciplines

  • Taekwondo: The ultimate kicking art. An Olympic sport focused on agility, speed, flexibility and self-control.
  • Hapkido: A comprehensive self-defence martial art. A complete practice combining joint locks, throws, evasions and the use of the opponent’s energy.

👤 Classes for Everyone (from age 7 / U8)

Our teaching approach adapts to each person’s pace and maturity:

  • Children (U8 to U12): Development of motor skills, coordination and self-confidence. Learning respect, discipline and teamwork in a fun and engaging environment.
  • Teenagers & Adults: From recreational practice to black belt level (or competition). Ideal for letting off steam, maintaining physical fitness, relieving stress and developing effective self-defence reflexes.

The Dojang – a school of life: Beyond technical skills, we pass on the traditional values of martial arts: respect, perseverance, courtesy and self-control.
