KARATE SHOTOKAN

 

This new club will start in September 2023. Register either at the Forum des Sports on 9th September, or at one of the training sessions. Open to children of 5 years and above, and to adults.

 

CLASSES BEGIN 12 SEPTEMBER. Late registration welcome any time during the year.

 

CHILDREN

 

Training sessions in the Salle Robin at the Centre Sportif :

5 to 7 years : Tuesdays 18h - 19h

8 to 12 years : Tuesdays 19h - 20h

 

Training sessions at the Majestic:

5 - 12 year (subject to demand):  Saturdays 10h-11h

 

PRICES (adhésion CSC et licence/assurance FFK included):

130€ for 5-7 years

150€ for 8 - 12 years

 

ADULTS & TEENS

 

Training Sessions:

Salle Robin:  Tuesdays 19h45 - 21h

Majestic : Saturdays 11h - 12h

 

PRICES

180€ for teens <18 ans (adhésion CSC et licence/assurance FFK included)

220€ for adults (adhésion CSC, participation Majestic et licence/assurance FFK included)

 

20 euro discount for each additional family member. 

 

INSTRUCTOR

 

Lilise Boswell has been practising Shotokan Karate for 38 years and is a black belt 5th dan JKA (Japan Karate Association) and 4th dan FFK (Fédération Française de Karaté). She has taught karate to adults and children for 9 years in various dojos in Paris. Lilise is bilingual French/English; during training sessions we also use Japanese terminology
